

project news Spire Park
Townhead Parish Church with its landmark spire was built in the 1860's. The Gothic spire, which is all that remains of the original building, stands at 250 feet, and was when built, the highest physical feature within the City boundaries. The park project is now nearing completion. Salvaged carved stone heads by Mossman have been incorporated into the design.


project news Treverlen Park
Phase 2 works at Treverlen Park are progressing well. Tree planting completed. Installation of steel edging to secondary paths.


HLF funding award
Spire Park in Roystonhill, Glasgow was recently awarded a grant from the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) to fund a community engagement project to commission an artist to work with the community to create mosaic tiles to cover seating cubes within the new pocket park, which is due for completion this summer.
