MBLA appointed to deliver Cooper Park Masterplan

Moray Council and the Elgin Neighbourhood Board are pleased to announce the appointment of MBLA Design, landscape architects as the lead design team to further develop the Cooper Park Masterplan. In a recent press statement Matt stated that he was delighted to have the opportunity to be involved in the future of Cooper Park on behalf of Moray Council and the community. 

I am looking forward to the design engagement process, learning about along with local residents and stakeholders about their appreciation and aspirations for the park to develop proposals for the park, making it fit for the 21st century, while respecting its history.

Design team includes John Gilbert Architects who are preparing a Feasibility Study of the Pavilion, cost consultants McLeod + Aitken and arborist SD Arbor. Drone footage by Christopher Swan Photography
