Landscape proposals associated with a new residential development which included a semi-private residents courtyard linking Kerr Street and Queen Street within the town's conservation area.

​

The landscape proposals salvaged elements from the former school building which occupied the site including gate pillars, date stones, pediments and cast iron columns which were manufactured in the towns Lion Foundry. These physical features were integrated into the design together with new street furniture manufactured by blueton.
