Matt has prepared landscape proposals for the new residential build-to-rent development in Glasgow's east end. The development site sits to the south of Duke Street and north of the B-Listed former Meat Market and proposed Linear Park which is part of Glasgow's City Masterplan.

The proposals were submitted for Planning in Principle in March '23.
