Cooper Park, Elgin

 

MBLA have prepared proposals to repurpose the existing Toilet Block and pond area in Cooper Park on behalf of Moray Council funded by the Levelling Up Fund. 

The Toilet Block is being repurposed and extended to include a Changing Places Toilet and café facility. 

 

The pond proposals include tree and vegetation management, tree planting, habitat and biodiversity improvements including aquatic planting, upgrading the existing path network, new paths, a boardwalk and upgrading the pond walls inlet and outlet.    

Design team comprises architects NB Planning and Architecture, civil and structural engineers Fairhurst, cost consultants McLeod & Aitken and mechanical and electrical engineers CDMM.
